The Trinidad and Tobago dollar is the official currency in Trinidad and Tobago since 1964, when the currency of the union was replaced after the nation’s independence two years before. The Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago issued notes with denominations of 1, 5, 10 and 20 dollars, followed by 50 and 100 dollars notes in 1977. The 50 dollars note were put out of circulation after a stolen shipment but in 2012 were reintroduced again as a commemorative note. Then in 2021, the 1 and 5 dollars note were redesigned.

The 10 Dollars note front features a Cocrico (Ortalis ruficauda), arms, flag. The reverse note side has the Central Bank building in Eric Williams Financial Complex, Container Port (Port of Spain). This note is part of the 2020 polymer series and, its color is grey. (155 x 66 mm)
