1 Singapore Dollar Coin Design
The 1 Singapore dollar coin front design features the Periwinkle flower and the denomination. The reverse of the coin presents the National Coat of Arms, the issue date, and the country’s name in the four official languages (English, Mandarin Chinese, Tamil, and Malay). This coin is part of the 1987 – 1991 series, its rim is fluted with the inscription: REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE. Its color is gold.
