50 Canadian Dollars Banknote Design

The 50 Dollars note front design features W. L. Mackenzie King at the left-center (1874 – 1950). He was a Canadian statesman and also politician who served as the tenth prime minister of Canada. The reverse note has the CCGS Amundsen’s image, research icebreaker (that is a Pierre Radisson-class icebreaker operated by the Canadian Coast Guard). This note is part of the 2011 – 2013 Polymer issue series and, also color is light and dark red and multicolor underprint.
