Our goal is for you to receive payment within a week of delivery of your package to our warehouse. It generally takes us a day or two to process packages. After we are finished processing your package you will receive an email with confirmation. Paypal, Venmo, Cashapp, and Zelle usually arrive instantly. Checks generally take 3-4 days to arrive by mail.
You can find all of our rates that we are paying for each item in its respective location on our website.
No. Unlike, most places, we do not charge any commissions. Our profits are built into our rates. While we do not charge any fees Paypal does charge for you to receive your payment. All transactions with us are considered business transations so the resulting payment through Paypal will be reflected as such. There is no fee for us to mail you a check.
There is no minimum amount that we will accept. We will process all transactions no matter how small they are. For payments of $2.00 or less we require that you receive your payment via Paypal, Venmo, Cashapp, or Zelle.
It is absolutely safe to mail your items to us. We recommend that you get a tracking number to go with any shipment you send us. WARNING: Do not send coins in a plain white paper envelope-the envelope will tear and the coins will be lost. If sending coins and bankotes that weigh over a pound we strongly recommend using a flat rate box from the USPS. If it fits, it ships, for one flat rate regardless of the weight(up to 70 pounds).
You do not have to sort anything before sending it to is. We reserve the right to charge a 5% sorting fee on a case by case basis for unsorted coins. This includes any coins that were packaged poorly and bust open within the package mixing all the coins, so please package carefully.
Of course. You are more than welcome to send everything you have together in one shipment
We believe we have the largest representation of photos of banknotes and coins online. But, if for some reason you cannot match your items to any of our photos, that is perfectly alright. Feel free to still send them to us and we will identify them for you and pay our respective rates for each.
Unfortunately, no. We are strictly a mail in service only. Our address is our mail collection facility. We do not accept walk-in customers. ALL packages must be mailed in. This is for security reasons.
Absolutely, yes!!!! We have helped customers from many different countries on every continent except Antartica. As of today, our only location is in the USA, but we are currently in the process of opening another location in South America to make it easier for our Latin American customers to use our service.
Don’t worry if you do not have a printer. You can still use our service. Go through they same process as you would if you did have a printer. Once you electronically submit your packing list you will be given a reference number. Write this reference down and include it in the package with your banknotes, coins, stamps and gift cards. If for some reason you cannot figure out the packing slip, then you can just write by hand on a piece of paper all of your information and send it with your package and we will take care of the rest.
As of right now we must have the physical gift present to issue payment. We are in the process of setting up our ability to process electronic or “online only” gift cards. We will keep you posted once that process is complete.
Yes. After we finish processing your package we will send you a receipt to the email address you provided. It will contain a detailed list of the breakdown of your package and the payout per item.
Unfortunately, we do not refund postage.
Yes we can. We love helping charities. Collecting foreign banknotes, coins, leftover travel money, stamps, and gift cards is an incredible way to help raise money for your charity. We do not charge a sorting fee for any unsorted/mixed coins for charities. If you would like for your organization to be added to our list of charities on our page that people can donate to please reach out to us.
No worries. We will fix any mistakes you make.
Currently, we only make payment via checks, Paypal, Venmo, Cashapp, or Zelle. If you are a large corporate client or charity we can arrange for a bank wire transfer. You will be charged our outgoing wire fee. Please keep in mind that when receiving payment via Paypal, they charge you a fee to receive your money.

While we pride ourselves on having the most comprehensive list of banknotes and coins on the planet, there are a few we do not buy. Some we do not buy for legal reason, such as North Korea, and Iran. Others such as Syria and Yemen are massive war zones that make it impossible for us to realize the value of the currency. Places such as Venezuela have such high inflation where the exchange rates change by the second and is impossible to deal with. Some of these countries are still listed on our site with a buy rate of zero for identification and educational purposes.

Yes we will. We pay 50% of the unused balance on your Oyster Card.
We do not buy Bulk Rate, Nonprofit, Presorted posted or stamps that have already been used.
